Due to the perishable nature of food products, our refund policy is designed to protect both our customers and our business while ensuring fairness for genuine claims .

By placing an order on www.ammasingredients.pk, you agree to the following Refund Policy .

1. Eligibility for Refund

A refund may be considered only under the following circumstances :

• You received the wrong product .
• You received an incorrect quantity .
• The product was damaged or leaked during transit .
• The product was expired at the time of delivery .
• The product has a verified manufacturing or quality defect .
• Your prepaid order could not be fulfilled due to stock unavailability after payment confirmation .
• Your prepaid order was cancelled by Amma's Ingredients before dispatch .

All refund requests are subject to verification and approval by our Customer Support team .

2. Non-Refundable Situations

Refunds will not be provided in the following situations :

• Change of mind after placing the order .
• Personal taste or flavour preference .
• Ordering the wrong product, quantity, or pack size .
• Failure to read the product description before purchase .
• Refusal to accept a confirmed Cash on Delivery (COD) order .
• Providing an incorrect or incomplete delivery address .
• Failure to receive the order due to customer unavailability .
• Damage caused after the product has been delivered and accepted .
• Claims submitted after the specified reporting period .
• Products that have been consumed, heavily used, or improperly stored after delivery .

3. Reporting a Refund Request

If you believe you are eligible for a refund, you must contact us within 24 hours of receiving your order .

Your request should include :

• Order Number
• Customer Name
• Contact Number
• Description of the issue
• Clear photographs of :
  • The product
  • Product label
  • Packaging
  • Shipping label
  • Any visible damage (if applicable)

Failure to provide sufficient evidence may result in rejection of the refund request .

4. Inspection & Approval

Upon receiving your request, our team will review the information provided and may contact you for additional details .

We reserve the right to :

• Approve the refund .
• Offer a replacement product instead of a refund .
• Issue store credit .
• Reject the request if it does not meet the conditions of this policy .

All decisions made after investigation shall be final .

5. Cash on Delivery (COD) Orders

Cash on Delivery orders are payable only upon successful delivery .

Since no advance payment is made, refunds generally do not apply to COD orders unless :

• An incorrect product was delivered .
• A damaged or defective product was delivered .
• The issue is verified by Amma's Ingredients .

Customers who repeatedly refuse confirmed COD orders without a valid reason may have COD privileges suspended or permanently withdrawn .

6. Prepaid Orders

If an eligible prepaid order qualifies for a refund, the refund will be processed using the original payment method whenever possible .

If the original payment method cannot be used, an alternative refund method may be arranged with the customer .

7. Refund Processing Time

Once approved, refunds are generally processed within 7–14 business days, depending on the payment method and financial institution involved .

Processing times may vary due to banking procedures or payment service providers .

8. Shipping Charges

Shipping charges are generally non-refundable once an order has been dispatched .

However, if the refund is approved due to an error on our part, such as shipping the wrong product or a verified quality issue, any applicable shipping charges paid by the customer may also be refunded at our discretion .

9. Order Cancellation Before Dispatch

Customers may request cancellation of an order before it has been dispatched .

If the order has not yet been shipped :

• COD orders may be cancelled without charge .
• Prepaid orders will be refunded after deducting any applicable payment processing charges, if any .

Once an order has been dispatched, it cannot normally be cancelled .

10. Fraud Prevention

To protect our customers and our business, Amma's Ingredients reserves the right to refuse refunds in cases involving :

• False or misleading claims .
• Fraudulent activities .
• Repeated abuse of the refund policy .
• Intentional misuse of promotional offers .
• Attempts to obtain products without payment .

Customers found engaging in fraudulent activities may have their accounts suspended or permanently blocked .

11. Limitation of Liability

Our liability is limited to the value of the affected product(s) purchased from Amma's Ingredients .

We shall not be responsible for any indirect, incidental, or consequential losses arising from the use or inability to use our products or services .
